Each organization has its own culture that consists of behaviors and norms in terms of the way people operate within it. Depending on the culture of the organization, the environment can be collaborative and team-oriented in a way that produces efficient results or toxic and challenging to navigate resulting in a non-flexible, oppressive workplace.
As you read the journal article on Toxic vs. Cooperative Behaviors (https://www.regent.edu/acad/global/publications/ijls/new/vol7iss1/home.htm), think about what this could mean for project managers in an organization and how it might impact the way they get the work done or the way a project team works together.RESPOND:
