Bar chart: Number of incidents where an officer was killed per the days in a week (2010-2019)
Summary
The bar chart
was used to portray the total number of law enforcement officers feloniously
killed based on the day of Incident in a week. It was created utilizing the
data provided under section of the law enforcement officers that died in the
line of duty between 2010 and 2019 as a result of felonious incidents as
presented in table 6.based on the results presented by the bar chart above,
Sundays recorded the highest incidents where 13 officers were feloniously
killed on Sunday in the year 2016 and 2011.Similary Wednesdays also record a high
trend of incident where 15 officer were killed in 2016 and 14 officers in
2018.however, Mondays recorded the lowest incidents for the period between 2010
and 2019 when compared to the incidents reported during the other days in a
week where an officer was killed.
